The St Francisville City Council met Wednesday and were informed by Mayor T.J. Moyes that the final paperwork has been received by the city regarding it’s loan for the Water Well #11 project. With that approval, city officials will be holding a pre-construction meeting soon with the firm doing the work. The council did approve the Fiscal Tear 2021-22 City budget of around $1.5 million, up about $500,000 from the previous year. They also approved an amendment to the water contract with the South Lawrence Water Corporation.
