The Lawrence County Sheriffs Department made 4 arrests Wednesday. Taken into custody was 31 year old Phillip Hughes of Bridgeport for Failure to Appear in Court (Sentencing). He was being held on $3000 bond in the Lawrence County Jail. 47 year old Garry Downing of Bridgeport was charged with Assault and released from jail with a Notice to Appear in Court and 35 year old Keith Kingsley also of Bridgeport was charged with Battery and also released with a Notice To Appear in Court. 50 year old Roger Shoulders of Lawrenceville was charged with Failure to Appear in Court and was being held on $1500 bond in the Lawrence County Jail.
