A Washington man was arrested Friday evening for Possession of Methamphetamine and being a Habitual Traffic Offender. 51-year-old Santiago Gallardo was arrested following a traffic stop at Northwest 13th and Vincennes Avenue. Gallardo was taken to the Daviess County Security Center.
