A Springville, Illinois man was injured in a single-vehicle accident in Lawrenceville Saturday night. Matthew Blanchette was driving west on Wabash Avenue east of 15th Street when he left the south side of the road and went into a ditch. Blanchette was injured and treated at the accident scene. Blanchette was cited on multiple offenses including driving without insurance.
