The Lawrenceville Board of Zoning Appeals has announced it will hold a public hearing early next month on a requested property zoning change. The board will meet at 9:30 a.m. on Monday, January 8th in the council chambers of the Lawrenceville City Hall. There has been an application made to amend the zoning classification of property located at 2415 State Street from R-1 (single family residence) to B-3 (highway business). The application is currently on file in the office of the Zoning Adminstrator and can be seen during regular business hours.
