Congratulations to Vincennes Lincoln Alices head football coach Levi Salters. He has been named as the Indianapolis Colts Coach of the Week. Salters was recognized for leading his 4-1 Alices to a 26-21 win over Class 5A Castle High School last Friday at Inman Field in Vincennes. It was the first win for Lincoln over Castle since 1979. He was selected for the honor by an panel of media, former athletic directors and other football representatives from across the state. Salters will receive a $1000 donation from the NFL Foundation and a commemorative plaque. An additional $1000 will be contributed to the Lincoln High School athletic fund by Corteva Agriscience.
