TOYOTA UNVEILING

It was a big day Wednesday for southwestern Indiana and Gibson County. Automotive company Toyota officially unveiled its new first ever 2024 Grand Highlander to be produced at their plant near Princeton. The ceremony took place at the Toyota Indiana Experience Center in Princeton and featured TMMI President Leah Curry and Indiana Governor Eric Holcomb. The vehicle unveiling also included a special announcement by the company about the investment of over $11 million in pre-K through 12 grade education in southwest Indiana schools to ensure that students will have access to high paying jobs and careers including in the automotive industry.
