The Illinois Department of Financial and Professional Regulation announced that two area men were the subject of enforcement actions taken in June of 2023. Edward Lancaster of Olney had his nursing home administrator license indefinitely suspended due to dishonorable, unethical or unprofessional conduct noted during a survey performed by the Illinois Department of Public Health. James Cox of Robinson had his permanent employee registration card placed in refuse to renew status due to a criminal conviction of a Class 1 Felony Indecent Solicitation of a Child offense which was not reported to the department.
