Reports out of Marshall Illinois indicate that one man has died after a weekend stabbing in the Clark County city. The Clark County Coroners Office indicates that 42 year old Louis Riggs of Marshall died Saturday night of injuries suffered as he was awaiting air transport to the hospital. The case has been ruled as a homicide and the Illinois State Police CSI investigators have been called in to assist the Clark County Sheriffs Department and Marshall Police. No other details have been released.
