The Knox County Parks Department this week has filled the Superintendent vacancy. The organization announced that it has hired Tim Goodwin upon recommendation of it’s search committee. Goodwin was among 7 applicants for the position and one of four interview finalists. Goodwin was the former director of Goodwin-Sievers Funeral Homes and replaces Rhonda Foster, who was fired in late April.
