A Southwestern Indiana fugitive wanted by authorities has now been captured. 41 year old Eric James King of Paoli was wanted for felony escape from home detention out of Martin County Indiana. He was discovered Tuesday in Daviess County by police but managed to steal a police car when confronted and fled the scene. He eventually wrecked that vehicle in a field in southern Greene County and fled on foot. Around 5 a.m. ET Wednesday, the Greene County Sheriffs Department reported that King had been apprehended without incident near the town of Newberry.
