Local race fans will have the chance to catch some midweek action as the Red Hill Raceway located south of Sumner hosts the Summer Nationals Wednesday evening. The DIRTcar Late Models will race for $5000 to win, DIRTcar Modifieds $1500 to win, B Mods $500 to win and the DIRTcar Hornets $250 to win. The pit gates open up at 3 p.m. CT with the grandstands opening at 5:30 p.m. Hotlaps are at 7 p.m. with the racing to follow. Admission is $30 for adults with children under 12 free with a paid adult. Pit passes are available for $40 for adults and $$25 for kids 10 and under. Concessions will be available.
