An Illinois State Police (ISP) investigation has now led to the arrests of three people in neighboring Crawford County. Friday, the ISP announced that 24 year old Lance Newcomb of Robinson and 52 year old Hiley Schulte also of Robinson were both charged with Concealment of a Homicidal Death and 58 year old Angela Newcomb of Robinson was charged with Concealment of a Homicidal Death. Angela Newcomb also faces an additional count of Obstruction of Justice. Those charges stem from an investigation into the disappearance of 55 year old Ryan Waggoner of Lerna Ill. He was reported missing by Cumberland County authorities late last week. Tuesday, the investigation led to a rural Crawford County address where human remains were located. Forensic testing is being done to determine if those remains are Waggoner. All three suspects were being held without bond in the Crawford County Jail.
