Christopher Morel homered and had 3 RBI and Nico Hoerner and Jared Young each had 2 RBI to lead the Chicago Cubs to a 10-1 win Friday afternoon over the Cleveland Guardians at Wrigley Field in Chicago. Nick Madrigal also homered to back the pitching of starter Justin Steele who went 6 1/3 scoreless innings to improve to 9-2 on the season. The win snapped a four game losing streak for the Cubs.
