Authorities in Vincennes investigating the cause of a couple of explosive sounds early Monday morning in the downtown area. Initial reports say the first was heard at around 4 a.m. ET and the second at about 5 a.m. ET in the vicinity of Sixth and Buntin Streets. Emergency fire crews were dispatched to that location. No other information has yet been released.
