Local and area law enforcement authorities are on the lookout for the male suspect in a shooting at a location in the 1000 block of North 14th Street in Vincennes. Initial information indicates that after the incident, the suspect fled the scene and drove across the Wabash River into Illinois. Both the Lawrence and Crawford County Sheriffs Departments were alerted. The suspect was driving a white GMC pickup truck with Indiana license plates and is considered as armed and dangerous. Anyone with information on the whereabouts of the suspect is asked to contact their nearest law enforcement authority.
