Vincennes firefighters were mobilized Tuesday morning to a residential structure fire in the 400 block of Harrison Street. They were called out around 5:35 a.m. ET to 412 Harrison and arrived to find the home ablaze with flames coming through the roof. Those inside were able to escape without injury. The fire caused extensive damage estimated initially at $40,000. The Indiana State Fire Marshall has been called in to investigate.
