Congratulations to the Red Hill Lady Basketball Salukis. They are the 2023 Little Okaw Valley Conference (LOVC) tournament champions. They snapped a 17 game losing skid and won a thriller in triple overtime 60-57 over Oblong-Palestine-Hutsonville in their first game Saturday at Union-Dugger High School (Ind). Riley Moore and Grace Griesemer each scored 18 in the win. The Lady Salukis then advanced to the title game and beat host Union Dugger 66-57. Tess Heath had 21 and Moore added 16 in that win. The squad is now 3-18 on the season and have a two game winning streak. They continue a busy schedule Monday as they host Marshall at Red Hill Jr/Sr High School Gymnasium.
