Vincennes Police have announced an arrest in a case involving the shooting death of a 2 year old child last month. Friday, 26 year old Tristan Kelley was taken into custody on a Knox County warrant for Neglect of a Dependent Resulting in Death, a Level 1 Indiana Felony. The incident occurred on Wednesday November 9th with the child dying at Good Samaritan Hospital in Vincennes. Kelley was booked into the Knox County and was being held on $75,000 bond.
