The Red Hill Unit #10 Board of Education met in regular monthly session Thursday night in Bridgeport and discussed consideration of a memorandum of understanding with the Lawrence County Health Department (LCHD) regarding the potential of establishing health clinics in the various district schools. These clinics will be available to help with wellness issues of students and staff at the locations, enabling them to get treatment and medicine for things such as headaches, ear infections, sprains and the like. The clinics would be funded through grant money received by the LCHD.  The proposed agreement was taken under advisement for additional study and review by the board. Also during the session, the board approved acquiring 3 bus surveillance cameras for installation from Pro-Vision and also approved picking up a commercial cooler for Bridgeport Grade School from the firm B and B Food Distributors.
