Two people were arrested on charges here in Lawrence County. Arrested early Wednesday was 64 year old Lemuel Russell Jr on charges of Unlawful Possession of Methamphetamine and Unlawful Possession of Drug Paraphenalia. He was being held on the charges pending bond in the Lawrence County Jail. Arrested late Tuesday was 24 year old Leo Anderson for Domestic Battery. He was booked into the Lawrence County Jail and was being held pending the setting of bond.
