Authorities in Lawrence County made some arrests over the weekend. 34 year old Brandon Cummins was taken into custody early Monday for Violation of an Order of Protection. He was being held on the charge pending setting of bond. 40 year old December Atkins was picked up on a warrant for Failure to Appear in Court early Monday and was being held pending bond in the Lawrence County Jail. 24 year old Charles Hughett was charged early Sunday with Domestic Battery and was being held pending bond at the jail. Saturday, 27 year old Quinton Owens was picked up on a Failure to Appear warrant and was being held on $30,000 bond.
