The Indiana Department of Transportation (INDOT) says that there will be lane restrictions on US 50 near the Illinois border in western Knox County. Both the east and westbound lanes of the highway will be affected by work being done by crews to the Old Indiana State Road 67 Bridge. They are working on the front slopes of the bridge to help stabilize it’s banks and prevent future soil erosion. Those traveling in that area need to be on the alert. It is anticipated that the work will be finished in a week.
