Congratulations to Emma Elkins of Oaktown. She is the 2022 Knox County Fair Queen. She was selected from among 7 contestants to wear the crown at the annual pageant held Monday night at the fairgrounds in Bicknell. She is the daughter of Eric and Dawn Elkins and will now reign over the remainder of the fair, which continues through Saturday.
