Autopsy results indicate that the death of a southwestern Indiana teen from fireworks was accidental. The Posey County Coroners Office released preliminary results Tuesday that showed that 11 year old Camrynn McMichael of Mt Vernon died from a head injury caused by a firework mortar explosion. He died late Monday night in the incident at a Mt Vernon location. Toxicology results remain pending and the death is still under investigation.
