The Lawrence County Sheriffs Department Sunday arrested 2 St Francisville residents on drug charges. Taken into custody were 24 year old Cyann Kitchell and 21 year old Nicholas Rutledge. Both were charged with Unlawful Possession of Methamphetamine and with Failing a Drug Test. Kitchell was also charged with Unlawful Possession of Drug Paraphenalia. Both were booked into the Lawrence County Jail and were being held on $30,000 bond each. Lawrenceville Police Saturday arrested 32 year old Roger Maddox of Lawrenceville for Aggravated Battery and Threatening a Public Official. No other details were given in the arrest report. He was being held pending bond in the Lawrence County Jail. 25 year old Jacob Tracy of an unknown address was charged with Unlawful Possession of Meth and Unlawful Possession of Drug Paraphenalia along with Obstuction of Identification. He was being held on $150 bond in the Lawrence County Jail.
