Authorities say one person is dead as the result of a fatal crash Wednesday evening in southwestern Indiana. The mishap occurred just after 6 p.m. CT on the Fort Branch-Haubstadt Road in Gibson County. The Gibson County Sheriffs Department along with the county coroner and Indiana State Police are investigating the accident circumstances. The name of the deceased has yet to be released.
