The City of Bridgeport is accepting sealed bids for the pending sale of excess city property. Those can be submitted in person or by mail to the Bridgeport City Hall c/o City Clerk 235 Washington Street, Bridgeport IL 62417. Bids must be received by 5 p.m. this Thursday May 5th. The bids will be opened officially on Friday May 6th at 2:30 p.m. at City Hall. The excess surplus property will be sold “as-is.” Those who wish to bid can view photographs and descriptions of the items on the City of Bridgeport Facebook Page.
