Vincennes Police say a Vincennes woman was charged in connection with a recent business breakin in the city. Discount Tobacco located at 1006 North 6th Street reported to authorities that they discovered their building had been broken into Monday February 14th and an assessment indicated that around $900 as well as several items of merchandise were taken. Surveillance video from the store was provided to investigators and a female suspect 44 year old Deborah Beard, a former employee,was identified as the perpetrator. She was located at 501 Busseron Street and was taken into custody on a charge of Burglary. Investigation in the case in continuing.
