A Knox County resident is the “2020 Trooper of the District” for the State Police Evansville Post in southwestern Indiana. Trooper Brock Buchanan received the award recently at the Indiana State Police Awards ceremony in Indianapolis. The award is given to a trooper at each of the state’s 14 districts recognizing their outstanding work in various areas of law enforcement. Buchanan is a 6 year veteran of the ISP and has spent his entire career with the Evansville District, primarily patrolling Knox County.
