The Sullivan County Indiana Prosecutors Office has filed additional charges including Murder against the two men suspected in the shooting death of a 15 year old southwestern Indiana female . 20 year old Kyle Johnson and 23 year old Matthew Earle were originally charged with lesser charges in the case, but those were upgraded to Murder, Attempted Murder, Carrying a Handgun within 500 feet of a School and Pointing a Firearm. The new charges are in regard to the killing of 15 year old Mezmariah Wilson of Shelburn, who died in June when shots were fired at a large gathering in Carlisle.
