The Parkview Baseball Braves rode solid shutout pitching and just enough offense to beat the Red Hill Junior High Salukis 3-0 Wednesday in Class 2A first round regional play at Unit 20 Ballpark. Nox Gray went all 7 innings for the Braves allowing no runs on 4 hits with 6 strikeouts and 1 walk. Jayden Goff had 1 of only 2 Parkview hits and 2 RBI on the day. Marcus Davis pitched well for the Salukis in defeat with Carter Davis with 2 of the Saluki 4 hits. The 3rd seeded Braves with the win will play in the second regional semi-final Saturday at 11:30 a.m. at Casey.
