Vincennes Mayor Joe Yochum has informed WAKO News that starting early Thursday September 9th, crews with Wabash Utilities will be closing 2nd Street between Executive Boulevard and Old Indiana State Road 67 to allow for the installation of a water line to the new Culvers restaurant location. Hillcrest Road will be open to Old 67. Drivers wishing to access businesses on Old 67 can do so by utilizing Old Terre Haute Road. The work is anticipated to take one day to complete. If any delays or complications arise, the work will take place on Friday September 10th.
