Nominations are now being accepted for the 2021 N. Phillip Shelton Award presented by the Vincennes Kiwanis Club in cooperation with Good Samaritan Hospital. Nominees must be Knox County residents who have demonstrated extraordinary efforts to improve the general well-being and happiness in the Knox County community. Nominations are due by September 30th.
