The National League Central Division leading Milwaukee Brewers snapped a 4-4 tie with 10 runs in the bottom of the 8th inning and went on to hammer the Chicago Cubs 14-4 in game 1 of their three game series in Milwaukee Monday night. Keston Huira drove in 4 runs and Willy Adames and Avisail Garcia 3 RBI each in the 15 hit attack for the Brewers who improve to 46-33 while the Cubs fall to 42-37. Game two is under the lights at American Family Field Tuesday with Zach Davies (5-4) pitching for the Cubs and Brandon Woodruff (6-3) for the Brewers.
