Indiana Governor Eric Holcomb and the Indiana Department of Transportation announced this week that 218 cities, towns and counties across the state received a combined $100.2 million in state matching funds for local road projects. The money comes through Community Crossings, a component of the Next Level Roads program. According to figures released by INDOT, Knox, Sullivan and Gibson counties in southwestern Indiana will each get around $1 million for their use while in Knox County the city of Bicknell is set to get around $687,000 and the city of Vincennes around $307,000.
