Authorities in Vincennes say that the man wanted as a person of interest in a recent shooting in that city has been captured. James Birge was arrested without incident by police in Madisonville Kentucky on an Attempted Murder warrant issued out of Knox County Circuit Court this week. He was being sought in connection with the shooting on February 14th. Birge was being held in Kentucky awaiting extradition to Indiana.
