Thaddeus Hennessy, age 56, of Lawrenceville, Illinois passed away on Saturday, January 16, 2021 at his residence. He was born on July 04, 1964 in Lawrenceville, Illinois, the son of Thomas W. and Dorothy ‘Dottie’ (Jones) Hennessy. He married Carolyn Earnst on May 16, 1998, and she survives.
Thad worked as a warehouse manager. He also worked at the Lawrenceville Greenhouse and Fields Dry Cleaning. He was a member of the Presbyterian Church in Lawrenceville. His hobbies included fishing and golfing. He truly enjoyed serving as Chief Towanka during his years at Lawrenceville High School.
Preceding him in death was his father, Thomas Hennessy.
Survivors include his wife, Carolyn; mother Dorothy ‘Dottie’ of Lawrenceville, Illinois; three children, Nathan Hennessy and fiancé, Bella of California, Elizabeth Kocher and Ceircia Hennessy both of Lawrenceville, Illinois; two brothers, Timothy Hennessy of Lawrenceville, Illinois and William Hennessy and wife, Beth of East Amherst, New York; one sister, Cynthia Shaw and husband, Bill of Mt. Carmel, Illinois; and two grandchildren, Avery Kocher and Sawyer Kocher.
