The Lawrence County Sheriffs Department Tuesday arrested 22 year old Colleen Cooper of Vincennes for Failure to Appear in Court (1st appearance). She was booked into the Lawrence County Jail and later released on $1500 bond. The Knox County Indiana Sheriffs Department made two arrests Tuesday. 31 year old Kailee Bowers of Edwardsport was charged with Burglary and Criminal Trespass and was being held in the Knox County Jail on $10,000 bond while 54 Darron Wilhelm of Bicknell was charged with Operation of a Motor Vehicle while a Habitual Traffic Offender after a traffic stop. He was being held in the Knox County Jail on $5000 bond.
