The Illinois Eastern Community College Board of Trustees met this week at Lincoln Trail College in Robinson and did approve updates to the 2020-2021 district catalog. Revisions were reviewed and approved for posting on the IECC website and for publication. A public hearing was held regarding the issuance of bonds not to exceed $2.5 million for community college project purposes. Also approved were agreements with CAISA in Robinson and SAFE in Vandalia for confidential advisors to be made available to any student or employee who experiences sexual violence. The IECC Academic Calender and Holiday lists were also revised to designate Election Day as a day of closure for the district office with employees not reporting to work.
