The Lawrence County Sheriffs Department Sunday arrested 30 year old Chris McNew of Robinson on a charge of Deceptive Practice and for Failure to Appear in Court. She was released after posting $2250 bond at the Lawrence County Jail. Lawrenceville Police Saturday arrested 39 year old Jason McGill of Mt Carmel for Unlawful Possession of a Controlled Substance. He was being held pending bond in the Lawrence County Jail. The Lawrence County Sherriffs Department on Friday took 35 year old Robert Sweetnam of Vincennes into custody. He was preliminarily charged with DUI (Alcohol) and Criminal Trespass to a Vehicle. Sweetnam was being held on $3000 bond in the Lawrence County Jail.
