The Vincennes Utility Services Board has recieved two bids for work on a seepage control project along the Wabash River levee near Vincennes University. The bids were from Kerns Excavating and Wabash Utilities. Both were taken under advisement and forwarded to the firm of Banning Engineering for review and a recommendation. The project is part of the continuing effort to work toward federal recertification of the levee in the future.
