55th District Republican State Senator Dale Righter says that help will be available for small business, resteraunt and bar owners hurt by the virus outbreak from the state of Illinois and the U.S. government. The Illinois Department of Revenue will be deferring sales tax payments for some 24,000 such establishments and Illinois has now been approved for disaster assistance loans through the U.S. Small Business Administration.
