Reports out of Bicknell Indiana indicate that a city officer has been placed on paid administrative leave. City Attorney Michael Edwards says that officer Jacob Fischer had the action taken against him by the Board of Works and Safety Friday night after complaints were recieved. Edwards will head up the investigation into the matter and Fischer will remain on the leave until it has been completed.
