John Gallion 89 of Bridgeport, Illinois went to be the Lord on Wednesday, February 5, 2020 at Helia Health Care in Olney, Illinois.
He was born on September 26, 1930 to Andrew Gallion and Bessie (McKay) Gallion in Lyman, Oklahoma.
John married the love of his life Eugenia Sharon.( Mahin) on March 26, 1954 in St. Elmo, Illinois, she preceded him death on September 13, 2014.
John was a Pastor in the Assembly of God Church for over 40 years.
He served his Country in the United States Navy and the United States Marines Corps.
He is survived by his loving son Joe Gallion and wife Kerri of Sumner, IL., three grandchildren Caleb Gallion of Vincennes, IN., Ashley Curtis and husband Jeremy of Fort Belvoir, VA.., Jacob Moore of Vincennes, IN., one brother AC Gallion of Channahon, IL., and two great-grandchildren Alaina Mia-Marie and Oliver Lousis Curtis of Fort Belvoir, VA.
John was preceded in death by his parents, his wife, two sisters and six brothers.
John’s wishes were to be cremated with a private burial at a later date.
