The Vincennes Board of Works and Safety met in regular session Monday at City Hall and did open bids for the CCMG Drainage Project for the Forbes Road area. Two bids were recieved for the work from Kerns Excavation and Wabash Utilities. Both were taken under advisement for further study and review. The Board heard from Mayor Joe Yochum about problems with the city recycling program regarding people putting trash in their recycling totes and that measures will be taken to attempt to rectify the situation. A contract was also approved with Endeavor Communications for city computer service work.
