Authorities in Knox County report that a Silver Alert issued for a missing woman has been ended. Knox County Sheriff Doug Vantlin says that Barbara Risch was located unharmed, conscious, and alert when found at the intersection of Wabash River Road and Decker Chapel Road in southern Knox County. She was stranded when her car stalled in high flood waters. Risch was reported missing Thursday night and the Silver Alert was issued by Indiana state officials Friday morning.
