Two local newspapers are now under new management. Reports indicate that Kathleen Lewis publisher of the Lawrenceville Daily Record and the Robinson Daily News has signed a management agreement with Restoration Media based out of North Carolina to run the papers. Executives will begin overseeing operations this month. The Lewis family has owned the Daily Record since 1967 and the Daily News since 1919. Restoration Media officials say the goal is to preserve the local journalism both newspapers provide while seeking ways to increase revenue and services to readers and advertisers in the future.
