VINCENNES COUNCIL REORGANIZES

The Vincennes City Council held a reorganizational meeting Monday night prior to their first regular session of 2020 at City Hall. Four new council members were a part of the process-Ed Gornall, Ryan Lough, Marc McNeese and John Stangle. Elected as Council President was Tim Salters and Brian Grove as Vice-President. McNeese was appointed to the Knox County Area Plan Commission while Grove was picked for the interlocal Pantheon Board. McNeese will join Greg Parsley as appointees to the Rural Development Commission while Salters will represent the city on the Solid Waste Board. Stangle was appointed as the city represenative on the Urban Enterprise Association Board. City Council committee appointments will be announced at the next Council session later in January.
