The Vincennes Board of Works and Safety has backed the decision by the City Animal Shelter to put down an aggressive dog who bit a young female and was hostile towards handlers. That decision made at a special hearing Thursday evening at City Hall. An appeal was made to the Board by the pit bulls owner and his family.
